ASPR (Year 6) Work Plan

All of the following work plan components must meet the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (OASPR) guidelines in regards to level one, over-arching, and level two sub-capabilities. 

Activities shall be performed in such a manner as to ensure that all level one and over-arching sub-capabilities are met or will be met by July 31, 2008 prior to allocating funds to level-two sub-capability requirement. 

The Level-One sub-capabilities are interoperable communications system, bed tracking system, fatality management, and hospital evacuation. Over-arching sub-capabilities relate to NIMS compliance, education and preparedness training, exercises, evaluation and corrective actins, and addressing needs of at-risk populations.  Level-two sub-capabilities are alternate care sites, mobile medical assets, pharmaceutical cache, personal protective equipment, and decontamination.
